We installed the season pass for halo wars two which should’ve included the colony DLC and other features. When we attempt to launch the colony DLC from the account under which the season pass was installed, we received a message that says you already on the colony leader pack you can get it in your games and apps collection. When we go to games and apps we do not see that choice available. Is there something else we can do to launch this content? Also, is there a way to uninstall the season pass and apply it to a parent account so that all child account underneath the parent account can utilize the season pass? One of the child accounts install the season pass underneath their account. And it is prompting other members of the family to pay additional money to use the features.
