Can't Launch Campaign (PC)

Someone please help me out here, I can’t get the Campaign to launch on my PC. Specs are 3080 Ti/5900x so I shouldn’t have hardware issues, latest Nvidia drivers and Windows 10 21H2, everything is updated
I downloaded it from the MS Store since I pre-ordered the Xbox/PC edition for Zeta Sky
I’ve had to play MP through Steam since it released, works just fine
Uninstalled Steam version entirely, downloaded all 48GB of the Infinite stuff from MS Store
If I run it normally, nothing happens. My mouse has a loading circle and the game doesn’t even background launch
If I run as an administrator, it runs in the background but won’t launch
My anti-virus is allowing it through, so that’s no issue

Anyone have issues like this that can help me please? I can’t find a single thing online and it’s never liked launching through my MS Store

EDIT: I might have found a fix. I noticed that my Minecraft and FH5 were installed on my C drive, not my main drive for game storage. I’m reinstalling infinite on the C drive now to see if that helps since both the other games from MS Store run fine through that drive

Check in-game if it’s installed, I had to do that on XBOX.

I can’t even get it to launch in the first place. I can’t install it through Steam since it was purchased through the Microsoft Store. I guess the game just hates me lol

Does it show up as a separate install on your drive?

i having the issue its showing up as a background process but doesn’t do anything after. Multiplayer works fine but story doesn’t

So I was having the issue where I’d click new game and launch, get to 99% and then would close Halo down altoether - I’m playing through Steam

So I verified the integrity of the files - 8 of them needed replacing

Once I did that I changed the settings to be windowed mode and not full screen and made sure my resolution was set to 1920x1080 and its been running smoothly, no frasm rate drops or anything - so maybe try the windowed mode if you’re full screen on PC?

I’m also running on a Ryzen 5 5600x and 1060 6gb

I don’t think so, I reinstalled everything, Campaign and all, in one download. Although I can’t access the file location too

That’s unusual, that’s not normal at all.

On the MS Store, I hit Manage Game & Add-Ons and it says Failed to load, whether it’s installed or not. Is there something off there?

Check my edit if you’re using MS Store, that’s what I’m trying for a fix right now too

No luck maybe 343 support will get back to me soon.

Let me know if they say anything, I could use help too. I finally gave up, considering trying my luck at a refund and getting it through Steam so mine actually works

Game pass is so garbage on pc. :rage:

Having this issue now it just goes to games services page wat

Edit: use 3 dots on far right and uncheck hi res textures pack it will launch
