Someone Please help i can’t join any spartan companies, there isn’t even a request to join button!
My Account is a adult account (not child) so i’m not sure what the case is…

I have a person wanting to join my company who had the incorrect age on their account. The fixed the age, and Microsoft says you just have to sign-in to an Xbox One console, and it will automatically upgrade the child account to an adult account. We did this, but this person still cannot access messages, notifications, or join a Company. Does anyone know what else we can do to get this corrected? The person is 24, but had accidentally selected 14 for their age because they picked the wrong birth year. Now, everything is fixed on their Microsoft account, but they still can’t see messages, notifications, or join a company!
I have the exakt same problem. Isn’t there anyone I can mail to fix this?
So have no one figured this out yet cuz I’m talking for my son he’s only 4 and it won’t allow me to let him join either we even called Microsoft and had him open their account fully to where he could do anything he wants
Spartan Companies is a feature that is only open to adult accounts. Child accounts on Xbox Live are not able to make use of the inbox / private messaging features, as such cannot accept Company invitations (relating to the rules of privacy / data protection). Until your sons account can be matured into an adult account, he won’t be able to access this feature - changing birthdays doesn’t work i’m afraid
How come It shows that I can’t join a spartan company, but I can join the other? I mean the spartan company only has 37 members.
