f you can’t see the inbox here on Waypoint then that means that your account was originally created as a child account (Waypoint uses your MS account and features here are handles based on those privacy settings). If you’ve later changed the birthday for it then that won’t affect anything, probably need to speak to Xbox Live support about how to promote the account if you are at the correct age now. There used to be an Xbox Support page for it, but it seems to have been moved.
For privacy and Data Protection reasons, only adult accounts are allowed to use the Spartan Company and Inbox features of Halo Waypoint

Nope, it’s an automatic promotion. Xbox Support can’t help with it.
