When I go onto Halo Waypoint I can’t see the option to join a company. Need help. 
You have to go to the company you want to join, and click “Join Company” or send request, something like that. It just doesn’t show up on your profile. Search Spartan Companies to find one.

Is your account set to adult ?

Yeah, if you are under age then it won’t let you join a company.
Hey OP, so it’s possible that you have a child account - if so, you won’t be able to join a Spartan Company.
You may be able to get the guardian of your account to follow either of these tutorials to promote your account to an adult one, but it might not work depending on your age

If you have any trouble, reach out to Xbox Live Support and they can help you sort out any account issues. Once your account have been promoted correctly, you should have access to everything - but again, depending on your age you may not be able to promote your account. Most countries require you to be 18 before you can have your account marked as adult
