Hello. i recently took part in creating a company with my friends and they sent me an invite but i have no inbox or i have no way of locating it? ive seen things about having a child account or being underage but i have an adult account over 18 so i dont see why im having this problem.
If you can’t see the inbox here on Waypoint then that means that your account was originally created as a child account (Waypoint uses your MS account and features here are handles based on those privacy settings). If you’ve later changed the birthday for it then that won’t affect anything, probably need to speak to Xbox Live support about how to promote the account if you are at the correct age now. There used to be an Xbox Support page for it, but it seems to have been moved
