Can’t join my buddy’s party and he can’t join mine. So based on what I’ve read, we bought a single player game and developers/support are completely negligent to fix issues they charge money for. I spent more time trying to join my buddy’s than playing the actual game. Got frustrated and turned off my Xbox. Didn’t even play. Sounds like it’s been a three year issue. Doubt 343 cares to fix it at this point. Pretty terrible support

Can you join in any other games (as in other titles)? Is it a network issue?
