Always says unable to match
I have the same issue with team arena and breakout. I’m curious, were you able to complete the initial 10 rounds for the Feb season? If you did, what rank did you get for the modes that give you the unable to match error? Also, where are you located. I’m in the United States, but I’ve seen some people think it’s location based. There might be a location bug too but for my case that’s not the issue.
I’ve tried hard rebooting the xbox, delete and reinstall the game, verified all the ports required are open, NAT is open, etc. I am in the preview program, so this is a new theory I haven’t heard. I’d be willing to leave the preview program too if it does fix the issue.
I think it has to do with a ranking system bug. I won 6/10 of the initial team arena matches, got ranked bronze 1. I won 5/10 of the initial breakout matches and also got ranked bronze 1. From that point forward I get the unable to match error.
If you figure out how to fix this issue please message me directly and I’ll do the same.
The only workaround I’ve found is to join a fireteam, don’t queue solo, and it should work. However, I don’t always have friends online to play.
I’d love to get this issue resolved. I want to play the game so bad. Anyone with advice, please help/advise. Thanks!
