Can't install Halo Wars 2 from Microsoft Store

I purchased the normal edition and my payment pended since I was on v. 1511 of Windows 10. So I updated Windows 10 and returned to my purchase and the payment went through. Now when I click on “Buy” in the store it opens a payment window briefly then tells me the error “You already own this game, give this code to a friend.” and there is no code.

In fact I can’t access the Xbox app or Microsoft Store through my start menu. Clicking on their icons yields no result.

I’m having a similar issue. I went through Microsoft support and they told me to get support from the game developers, have you had any luck figuring this issue out yet?CrackingPaper
