Can't install Halo Infinite Campaign :(

I just tried the game yesterday (having installed it some time back) and I have to download the campaign separately (inside the game) and that just stays on 0%. Does anyone know what to do here pls? I did have a look on the internet on various steps but none worked. I even tried reinstalling, not selecting HD textures. Not sure what else I can try? Infinite is the only game where I have Xbox Game Pass issues.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? MP doesn’t work from the game pass version for me. So I have the Steam version for MP and game pass version for campaign.

I did try that but got another issue I had to fix (wouldn’t install via the Microsoft Store). Once that was fixed, the campaign would again not install. This is the only game that has issues with installing so am rather puzzled; renders my Game Pass rather uselsss.

Thanks for that, I just did that; did not realise there were tickets I could submit. OK, let’s see what they say.,

They just sent me a link on how to install Halo and then said that’s all the support that can be provided! So much for support.

I’ve unsubbed from Xbox gamepass ultimate as whats the point if I can’t play Halo Infinite! Steam all the way.

I doubt there would be anyone else who knows how to resolve this issue pls?

HDD/SSD: 1xNVMe drive 1TB, 3 x SATA drives

How much space do you have available on the drive you are trying to install the game to? Are you trying to install the game to the C drive or somewhere else?

The base game is installed already on C drive and that currently has 116GB free which is enough for the campaign and HD textures options as it’s saying it needs 76GBs extra.
