cant get the download after I received an invite

just got an invite link in my email to join the beta, it said to click on it then go and click on my most recent flight and read up on downloading it, I cant get into the link it doesnt load and it keeps saying service unavailable, I have been trying for 2 hours, is the website struggling whats going on?
