Hi,
For about 2 weeks now I cannot get a Slayer game type. I’ve tried Swat and Team Arena game types with success, however I just cannot get a Slayer game type.
This has nothing to do with my internet connection or Xbox as my cousin has a profile on my Xbox and has no problem getting Slayer or any other game type!?
I’ve done all the regular trouble shooting; reset router/Xbox etc with no success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What region are you from?
It is possible that there aren’t enough people of your skill populating the Slayer playlist, resulting in no matches being found.

I’m in Australia.
Given Christmas and the recent reset on rankings; I’m not even ranked on Slayer at the moment. One game away. Would be great, if I could get that last game. I’d imagine it would help?

It’s pretty common for Australian players to struggle to find games outside of the ‘popular’ lists, those of which are usually Team Arena, SWAT and default Warzone.
343 Industries are looking into options to improve matchmaking for different regions. They actually performed some tests over the holidays and are currently looking over the data so it shouldn’t be long before we see some improvements introduced into retail matchmaking.

So almost 5 months on and this problem is still around?! I don’t understand how I still can’t get a Slayer game? I’ve beenon Destiny for a few months because I was fed up of this, and thought I’d come back to see if these issues had been fixed, but if anything it all seems worse.

Yes mate. Its not just you either. Very very frustrating. I havent got anything but super fiesta for the past week.
