Anyone else having this problem? With other promotions my req packs would either show up as an email or through a message here on waypoint. But when trying to redeem the codes from the console and Gamestop preorder I can’t find the packs or armor anywhere. When I go to customize my Spartan FOTUS and the Hunter armor as well as the visor included with the Chief controller are all still blacked out like I don’t have them.
I believe that you will get them on the 27th.
That’s because you have to open the REQ packs that contain these predetermined items in game before they will be available for you to use. Because the game isn’t out yet you aren’t able to customize your Spartan with said armor pieces. Sadly you have to wait until the game goes live before you can customize your Spartan using any of these armor pieces.

Yeah this is why you don’t see them yet. You have to open those in game. Watch the new ReadyUpLive REQ pack opening video.
Ah, I see. When I got the req from my Spartan company it showed up in my messages and I was able to open it and apply the armor right then and there, so I figured that’s how it would work with the other reqs as well. Then I shall remain patient, and release the unicorn on Monday night.

So, I’ve also gotten the H5 controllers, both of them, and I’m torn between hooking up my destiny/now halo clan with some cool visors, or, being a greedy gus and keeping them for myself haha.
