so I originally had the digital version of halo reach on my Xbox 360 but ever since it came out for backwards compatability I can’t get it on my Xbox one. It’s not in the ready to install section like its suppose to any help? This is literally my favorite game of all time but I’m not able to play it someone please help me.
Check your Purchase History and see if it shows up in the list, you can also check the Halo Reach page on Xbox.com. I just tried there and as I have purchased it already, when I clicked to buy the game it gave me the following message:

> You now own Halo: Reach for the Xbox 360.
> This game was purchased previously. It has been added to your download queue.
> If this product is part of Xbox One Backward Compatibility, it will appear in the Ready to Install section of My Games & Apps on your Xbox One console when it becomes available.
If it prompts you to buy it instead of showing you that message then you’ll either need to purchase it again or try contacting Xbox Live support to see if they can help you out.

When I went to the halo reach page it asked for me to verify my account via text message so I did it and now it says I have to wait till 31/03/16 to access the site again
I would definitely contact Xbox Live support about that then, sounds like there could be some issues with your account

im sorry but what does this have to do with this guys problem thats right how about you read the ops message before posting random blam! sorry if i appeared out of nowhere op but im keeping an eye out on your situation and i hope your situation gets fixed.
