Very rarely can I launch this game and get past the title screen or tutorial video without it freezing. Please put the video in a place where it doesn’t play every time you launch the game and cause freezes. Gameplay bugs are understandable, but game-breaking bugs before being able to get to even the main menu matches the level of incompetence we’ve seen from 343 since the launch of the MCC…

Same issue, 343 please don’t kill the last halo genra I play.
I’ve found a DIY fix that works sometimes. Once the title screen pops up, let it sit for like 10-20 seconds to give the tutorial video time to “load”. Once the tutorial video starts, let it play for 10-20 secs before skipping it. Works sometimes, takes a little bit but its better than having to restart the app a ton.
Not working for me. Only fix I have is to skip the tutorial, but that doesn’t work all the time. I managed to get in once out of like 15 tries, but then froze before the match I got into got exciting,
Switch controller. Fixed my issue with this. Yes my A button works on the first one I tried. I even tried swapping back to my favorite controller, game crashed. Or try this guys post.

This doesn’t have to do with the introduction screen. This is after that, when you’re at the main menu and when you start up the game it sends you automatically to a tutorial on how to crash your game every time you start the tutorial.
