cant get past 90?

I completed Spartan-IV, Wetwork, Operator, Pioneer and Stalker.
im stuck at level 90. i got my first specialization code and entered it. but now its not letting me past 90. i know the SR cap is 130. i did not purchase the limited edition. i dont know if that has anything to do with it. please resolve this issue for me. i strive for 130 and await a reply. preferably from an Admin.

Did you go to specializations and pick a new one?
