I bought this game on my Xbox one, waited all day for it to download. I get to the loading screen and click start and it kicks me out. Talked to Microsoft customer support and we tried a few things, and now I’m on here, looking for even more help. Problem is it keeps crashing when I hit start. Anybody could help, it would be much appreciated.
If you are sure it was a successful download I would try a hard reset of the Xbox first. Hold Down the power button till the Xbox shuts off then unplug the power cord from the back for a few seconds for good measure and then power back up and relaunch the game.
