Can't get onto anything multiplayer, need help

I got my Xbox and copy of Halo 5 for Christmas, but after only a few games online, I became unable to access the Halo 5 servers, for gameplay or REQs. The message of the day hasn’t updated, either. I’ve checked by Xbox’s Internet settings, and they’re good, and tested both the network and multiplayer connections, which are both working. I’m not seeing any mention on the forums of server issues, so what’s going on?

If anybody could assist me here, that would be appreciated.

What does the error message say? Or is it when you enter the Arena lobby?

Try resetting your mac address. Clearing it fixes a lot of issues in halo for some reason. Advanced settings, alternate mac address, clear. Your xbox will restart.
