Hello I’m hoping some one can help I am unable to get on to halo 5 I keep getting a message when I insert the disc that says " error authorizing user with halo 5 guardians services you will be unable to access online modes" it has been like this since I got the game and I really want to play it
#1 could be you don’t have a gold subscription… #2. Try a hard reset of your Xbox. Hold down the power button till the Xbox shuts off, then I like to unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox for good measure, then restart it and relaunch the game.

Or #3, reset your internet router for 10-30 seconds by unplugging the power / hitting the reset button.
