Can't get New Mombasa emblem?

Hi Community
I’ve got all the Reqs in the game, even the Hog Wild ones. I got all those Warthogs and emblems, but I dont know why I can’t get New Mombasa emblem.
I’ve tried buying a Gold Pack and a Silver Pack, but I just get Req points and some old Reqs.
I dont know if I have to do something to get it.
Ideas?

I got it, not sure whats wrong for you to not being able to get it

Emblems are random now. They aren’t guaranteed from packs anymore. Just keep trying and you’ll get it eventually.

With the updated reqs, you now don’t get emblems as one of the two permanent reqs; but, rather, you have a chance of getting an emblem as a third permanent. Your chances just haven’t been good. Don’t worry, you’ll get it eventually.

I had a problem too, I wasn’t able to get the Aurum skins with my Arena req packs and wasted all 3 trying to get them. Needless to say I was pretty mad.
