I have completed all campaigns on legendary in MCC, and i don’t have the helioskrill armor.
Did you unlock the “Legend” achievement? Did you make sure to not use any 0x skulls while playing through the campaigns? If you answered “yes” to both, then give it a day or two. Should show up then.
I also completed Halo 1, 2, 3 and 4 all on legendary and i don’t have the achievement or the armor i used bandanna skull on halo’s 1 and 2 but so did my friend and he got it. I checked halo waypoint and it says that I did not do every level but the first one. I spent the last week grinding out all the missions and I get know reward. What do I have to do for the armor because i don’t want to raplay halo 1.
I’ve noticed a few quirks with this achievement, I’ll list them here.
First thing, this whole thing is tied to waypoint. Check your service record to see what you’ve completed, you may have completed them but if waypoint says you haven’t you’ll have to do them again. Make sure you’re connected to Xbox live as well, it doesn’t count completion retroactively.
Second thing, 0x skulls have no baring on this achievement, except for the mission ‘Regret’ in H2 which can’t have ANY skulls active.
And finally third, to get this achievement you have to complete a campaign solely on either co-op or single player you can’t swap between the two modes.
With that out of the way, I checked both of your service history, this is what I found;

You haven’t completed HCE or H2 on Legendary.

Yours is a bit more complicated, In CE you need to complete the missions Halo, Truth and Reconciliation, and The Silent Cartographer. In H3 you need to complete Sierra 117. If replaying them doesn’t work right away, try playing another mission in that game on easy, weirdly enough that seems to work sometimes.
