Is anyone else mad cause they can’t get everything to unlock in this game? I’ve spent money on purchasing certain reqs and because I got my system earlier this yr instead of when it first came out, I find out that I can’t get 2 weapon skins, a helmet, armor, and probably several emblems… WTF 343. You take away all the other pieces that you had to unlock doing different things and just added them to the req pool. But not challenger armor and helmet, not several emblems (I’m assuming), and not the alliagence weapon skins. Im seriously getting tired of being smacked in the face by this company. Myself as well as others love to collect. Now we cant even get 100% in everything. Anyone else annoyed by this? Just add the stuff to the req pool already. You did it for helioskill armor and don’t have to complete the MCC on Legendary anymore why not give us the old reqs you either can’t earn or purchase anymore… I mean come on… WTF
TBH it is a eye twitch to get 100%, but I won’t get mad over it, doesn’t really bother me really

Late to the party doesn’t mean partake in all the party favors.
The Helioskrill was added because the ability to unlock it from MCC was glitched. The others like the Loot crate skins are anybody’s guess, but even those were only available for a short period of time.
Look we only have two truly exclusive armors don’t try to take those away from us as well. Next Halo that comes around play it at launch and pay attention to all the -Yoink- that is offered afterwards. Challenger armor I’m looking at you. 
I would be exceptionally upset if my beta emblem were added to the req pool just because you “love to collect.”
The locked items are a reward for players who have supported Halo 5 for its entire life cycle, or who have done something special in the community. You shouldn’t expect to be able to 100% a games collectibles of you show up to the party late. That’s not just a rule for Halo 5, it’s true for many games with a lot of collectibles.
Just my opinion.
My opinion is if you arrived late to the party then to bad. Exclusives should always remain exclusive for the players who where actually there at the time or did what needed to be done at the time. I don’t like the every one deserves a trophy mentality. If you missed out then sorry, life isn’t fair that way sometimes.
Yeah but its an even bigger smack to the face to be a player that worked really hard to get a exclusive collectible cosmetic item only to have it released to everyone. Like DaxSeven09 said Late to the party doesn’t mean partake in all the party favors. If you really wanted those items you should have got them while they were available.

Yeah that sticker shock situation upset me. I got the December loot crate partially because of the “exclusive” skins. Them just releasing it to everyone was simply sad. They just need to release every thing including Achilles in some sort of req pack. Hopefully 343s mentality will change on exclusive and earnable items but I won’t be holding my breath on that one.

I’ve opened so many gold packs just to get SPNKR’s, not even variants, just the normal version, also normal stuff like scorpions and beam rifles, it has frustrated me so much.
I just wish all of the exclusive ones weren’t included in the percentage, like the custom games helmet. If it is something like Challenger, I am ok with not having it, but it would be better if it just was not shown in the collection at all unless you had it. Or at least not counted towards the 100%.
I also have not unlocked any perms, and I know for a fact that my Spartan would be slaying in all the right ways if I could equip that glorious hair.

There we go. I would be ok with that. I don’t mind not getting everything. But if its exclusive and has to be earned thats fine too. But the limited time stuff is really what i dont like. I dont mind spending money or spending hours to unlock it. But to say oh its available for 2 days or whatever is bs. Thats my complaint. Im going to take a shot in the dark here and say the beta emblem is given to those who played a beta version. If i cant get that then hey, that’s ok. It was only for beta users. But then eliminate it from the percentages. And then give the people who earned it extra percentages. They went above and beyond to earn that. It pisses me off but hey, it is what it is. Again I like to earn everything. That’s why it bothers me so much.

Why eliminate it just to make you feel like you earned everything? I would rather have the 100% from actually earning everything rather than what you are proposing.
Once again we are returning to the “everyone is a winner” mentality. We don’t all need 100%.
On your side note: we were talking about the beginning of Halo 5. You mentioned just having bought your system at the beginning of the year. It’s not about who has been around since the beginning of Halo. And there are a lot of us on these forums who have bought their systems solely for Halo.
Not so sure about this. I grinded all week to get the Classic Helmet Pack, if it was released then what was the point. I would say to keep the exclusive stuff out of the percentage but I know I’d disagree if I owned it myself so I’ll just keep my percentage for certain things at the +90% mark.

I was requesting an EOD helmet from them for months and then it came out - but I either have to grind for the 100k REQ points or fork out additional 10 euro.
