can't get achievement "Dedicated to Crimson"

I finished all the chapters in all five episodes of spartan ops but I never got the achievement for doing so. What do I do?

Try playing through, episode 1, chapter 1 on easy. This should hopefully unlock it for you.

Play again solo the chapter 1-1. After you finish, the achievement will pop up

Play any chapter again on any difficulty.

Check them to see if any of them say you haven’t done them. it happens sometimes. and if you completed some of them in the first few days of launch try doing those again. they may not have registered properly because of the server problems in the first few days of launch.
