Can't fix game

Menu and game looks like this

I’m playing on a Windows 8 PC. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing. Has anyone else had these issues or know a solution?

Looks like that may be a graphics driver issue. What kind of graphics card do you have and have you tried updating to the latest driver / windows update?

I have the ATI Radeon X1300 PRO PCI Express DDR2 256MB (I bought this computer in 2007 or so).

I downloaded the Catalyst software suite but that didn’t fix it.
