If you pre-ordered halo 5 from GAME or Gamestop you where promised access to Spartan Locke’s hunter armor set and a battle rifle skin for multiplayer. I see lots of people confused on how you get the set, and ill tell you here.
If you pre-ordered for a digital copy of Halo 5 you should instantly get your items in a special red requisition pack for you to open where you are guaranteed the armor and skins with a few extras such as ghosts. However if you pre-ordered a physical copy you will need to look on your email you used when you pre-ordered. If you cannot find the email make sure you check all folders as it may have been sent to your junk folder.
Open up the email and there should be a 20-24 digit code that you need to enter directly into your Xbox or online. When it is entered a download for your items will begin and when finished your items will be in your requisition packs.

If you pre-ordered the game from the store and physically picked up the game from the store, then your code will be on your receipt you received from the store.
