Can't find players for BTB matches

Hi everyone,
since february’s servers adjustment i’m experiencing (like many others) very long time searching for a match, especially in BTB. In this playlist this issue leads the “unable to find players in this playlist” error, which seems nearly impossible (today it’s sunday and here is 5:30 PM).
I red that this might be caused by a new server setting that matches people in the nearest server in order to improve connectin quality, and this is good, but limiting players research to only this parameter seems too restrictive too me.
Do you people experience this strange behaviour too?

This has been happening to me too, the only time I manage to find a BTB match is if I join a group of my american friends. More and more people are being affected by this as the days go by. Hoping 343 notices the issue soon
