Hey Spuds, I was told by Xbox support to try posting get here. My account can’t match up in areas. My reputation is very low which must mean I can’t play with others. Xbox support says to get good feedback however that is not an option in halo 5. Only negative feedback with no optuion to go up. Not very American Führer Gates. So how does this get fixed? The reputation system is a bottomless pit that only goes down. Please fix this issue. This game has more holes in it then North Koreas theory on superiority.

Live in Norway. Experiencing the same problem. Was not a problem before the last update!
Same problem here in Italy. Not because of reputation but because of Region Lock, introduced by 343 in early February.
This system prevents you from finding players across the world forcing you to search for people only in your zone (for me only Europe). This even if there aren’t players available (maybe because i’m playing at morning, or during work/school hours or late night etc.)
A system like that doesn’t privilege Regional Matchmaking, it FORCES it.
Substantially we’re trapped inside our Region unable to play when we want, forced to do it only on our zone’s peak hours.
For me this is just unacceptable.

If you want support try learning something about Region Lock (do a quick search, there is a bunch of topic speaking about that on Waypoint, Reddit /r/Halo etc.) and start bombing @Halo, @Brav or even @JoshingtonState (in sequence: Halo, Bravo - community manager, Josh Holmes - a 343 Halo Project Chief) on Twitter if you can.
They have to hear us or Halo will be soon dead for EU players.
Read up on it however I don’t this that is the issue. New York New York USA, should have no problem with people. My friends account finds games right away. Mine never. For weeks now. It’s the low reputation. However with now way to redeem rep I can’t ever play. Huge game flaw/fail that is costing me money. I see others have this issue, please help.
Xbox as expected was zero help. They said try playing another game to get rep up… Can I play halo reach to get my rep up? Also reported Xbox Microsoft to the BBB, I got free time to have fun.

That should not be the reason. I live in USA so the first sentence on the Reddit post does not fit me. Also I can’t play either war zone or arena. Any munlti player game. When I look at my profile it says “avoid me”
Update I was able to play war zone a little yesterday. Nothing in arena. Nothing working today.
Finally, after weeks of battle we’ve got 343i attention on this problem.
