After this past update that everyone is raging about with how fast you can get a game. I can’t even find players when trying to search for a MP game. I mostly only play Halo CE, but I have tried all of the playlists. I have left it sit for 10-20 minutes while searching and not even a player shows up. I also can’t join any friends and they can’t join me.
- Open Nat in DMZ
- Hard rebooted Xbox multiple times.
- Reset router and modem.
- Removed router and went modem with Ethernet to Xbox.
- Deleted game, rebooted, re-downloaded full game.
- Moved game to internal HDD, instead of HGST external.
- Deleted saved game data.
Location: Dallas, TX using Time Warner Cable 30/5 Mbps
I can play COD, titanfall, trials, etc multiplayer, just not Halo. 
Before the recent update I was fine and actually didn’t have any issues with halo besides how it sometimes didn’t hold the party together after a game.
I’m in the early dashboard preview/beta.
Any ideas?
I have similar issues. Sometimes at least. On Friday it worked like a charm. Same as yesterday. But now I can’t get into nearly any games and when I do they lag like crazy.
Same thing happened to me last night. Nat Open, direct connection, but I couln’t find a single match and after 30 minutes of canceling matchmaking, trying different gametypes, restarting, etc. I have up. Please 343 fix Halo MCC as I love this game but I can’t ever get into a good matchmade game (well without fear of being booted from it at the start or not finding any at all).
Same thing here. I’ve played a total of 3 multiplayer games since I bought this for Christmas. Probably have 15 hours or so waiting all told. Tried again today and waited 20 minutes before turning it off. Guess Destiny is where it’s at now. Microsoft/343 this is still an epic failure. Way to ruin the brand.
Glad I am not alone, was perfect pre-update, now I am stuck at the infamous Players Found screen…
