I’m in Brooklyn NYC . I have 2 accounts . One main account and the others a smurf . I can’t find matches on my main account but pick up matches in seconds on my smurf account . Why is that ? My internet is fine I did a hard reset on both the modem and Xbox and still no luck . What am I suppose to do ? Someone help me 
I just keep getting a " There may not be enough players to support a game in this playlist " message .
I would look through your main account’s privacy settings and such. It could be that you have restrictions that don’t allow you to play with other people. I’d check there first, and if that doesn’t work then I would post onto the xbox live forums.
depends on how high ranked you are too,sometimes the higher you are the harder it is to find matches, try to switch your search preferences on your main account
Maybe karma finally caught up to you for smurfing!
Check the enforcement website OP, your account is Red rep which means you won’t be able to find games until your rep improves
