Although i couldn’t find matches in most of the playlists, At least 3 playlists (Team Arena, Slayer and Warzone) worked for me before the february update. Now nothing works here in India. Does any one have this issue too. Tried Power cycling, contacting xbox support and i also have an Open NAT. Nothing works, hours of waiting and a match or two for the entire day. I hope this issue gets resolved sooner.
Yeah. It’s because you’re too far away from the american servers. Sometimes you’ll be able to connect, but most of the time you won’t be able to. Hopefully they’ll get some more servers.

I don’t think it’s a dedicated server issue because in the above three playlists i mentioned, i was able to find matches quickly one match after the other. It’s only after the February update, strictly speaking i think its after feb 6 all on a sudden everything stopped. Now nothing works.

Yeah I’m experiencing this too. I’m from Italy.
I live in Spain and only a handful work.
Now it seems like multiplayer is not for the entire world, only select countries. But why didn’t they inform this in advance? It doesn’t look like they’ll respond to any of this posts or the other posts by many people facing the similar issue.

Seem’s like it bro. But they should have informed this in advance then i may not have bought this pretty expensive game here in India. I love halo but not something that’s broken or incomplete. They don’t even respond, this is unfair.
Warzone works good, arena not.
Russia.
It really this terrible, you spend more time looking for matches than playing.
Worse than until the moment no solution …

That’s because the nearest server to you is 5000 km away!
Next server to Spain is 1500 km.
Rusia is 1500 km to 5000 km. You connect to mid Europe or Chinas coast.
i have the same issue, very hard to find a game in asia, my location is china.

Thank you for researching the distance. But how can distance affect matchmaking?
I can now say that Halo 5’s Multiplayer is dead in India after confirming it with my friends. Since the last four days, we found matches after 5PM IST (GMT+ 5:30). Now even that doesn’t work. Unable to match all the time, i’m tired of it.
