This recently started happening to me and my friends that play grifball on the daily. Ever since Sunday or Monday we have been unable to find games and I think I know the problem behind it. I don’t know if 343i meant to do this but as you may know every gamemode (including social playlists) have a hidden CSR ranking just like ranked to match you against people close to your skill level. And ever since the beginning of this week the CSR has been severely strict in trying to match you against people the closest to your skill level making us skilled players unable to find a game no matter how long we search. My team and I literally win every game of Grifball and this is why we cannot match as if Grifball was ranked we would be in the “Champion” rating that regular ranked Arena gives to people. But due to the playlist being the least populated it makes it impossible to find anyone to match against due to everyone I play with being such high CSR. I figured out this was the problem when everyone we matched were other try hards and people that play regulary which I have no problem with but due the sudden strict searching they put in for some odd reason it makes us unable to find anyone but the regulars if we’re lucky to find them if they’re searching at the same time as us. And its not only me experiencing this issue its everyone that plays Grifball regularly and its getting all of us irritated that we cant play the gametype we love. If anyone is having similar problems please comment as well because I hope they realize it as a mistake and fix it so we can match again.

I would also like to mention that we all tried matching on smurfs and found games almost instantly. We win about 5 games in a row and it is unplayable again.

This might sound stupid, but it feels like if you know how to play the game you get punished to the point where you can not find any games.
