Hey!
So I just contacted Microsoft, because I thought my account was banned. It turned out I had no bans, and he sent me here and told me to contact him if this doesn’t work out. So basically when I’m searching for halo matches on my main account I can’t find any games at all, and I have searched for like 2-3 hours. However when I switch account I’m able to find match within 1-2 minutes, my search preferences is set to extended on both accounts, and we also tested this when I contacted Microsoft. I have 0 HCS games on my main account, and I also had 0 games on my secondary account, right now I’m gold 2 on HCS on my secondary account. So this is weird, both accounts ain’t banned, both is set to extended, and I could find matches easily in the qualification stage on my secondary account. I have worked really hard on my first account, I’m around lvl 80 and tbh it would be really sad to just start a new account.
Best Regards Cengiz
Perhaps your main account’s Live reputation is really bad, which would hamper your ability to find matches. You can check your reputation and reasons why it could be bad by going to enforcement.xbox.com.
