So I have had halo 5 for a month now and It was working fine but now whenever I go into multiplayer it just continues too search for players and I can never find them. I am connected to xbox live and every other game works except Halo 5. I have no bans on my account and I called xbox and they cant seem to find the problem either. My download speed is 57.96 mbps and my packet loss is 0%. I even had a friend join my lobby and we still couldnt find a match and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game same with my gamer profile… I think this might be a problem on 343 studios end. If someone could please help me that would be amazing I really like this game but cannot find a match for multiplayer anymore even though my account and connection is perfectly fine.
Maybe try this:
- Hard Reset Your Xbox
Turn off the xbox, unplug power source for 30 seconds. - Reset Internet
Reset router and modem. Turn on xbox and connect to internet after router and modem resets.
