Can't find games in matchmaking

When I try to find a game I just sit in the matchmaking lobby forever without finding any games. I’ve already played ~75 games and this only started today.

I’ve tried multiple different playlists and restarted my router. I’m going to try reinstalling the game.

Any suggestions?

I should add that I’m playing the Steam edition
