It just sits there saying “searching for players” but nothing happens. Xbox status is fine. I tried changing my DNS settings. I have my computer on DMZ so all ports are open. I check in every once in a while and nope it’s still not working… I think a halo update may have caused this issue.
I’m logged into the xbox app and the xbox.com … nothing seems to work… it’s just broken.
I just went into the xbox game pass app and clicked the halo icon, it looks like i’m missing a 1.5 GB update for halo MC (I launch using a shortcut on my taskbar usually)… NO notifications or anything. That is probably the cause of me not being able to play multiplayer, Please next time notify the player when they are trying to connect that they are using an outdated version and need an update (usually that’s the standard). So they don’t just request a refund.
IT does work WHAT A PAIN IN THE -Yoink- that was… For such a simple fix… lesson learned go into xbox game pass and check to see if their is an update… Windows store doesn’t tell me. the game doesn’t tell me… It must be a secret.
