I have my search settings to Expanded. Each playlist sits in “Searching for players” until I error out with Unable to Match.
I’ve tried hard-restarting my Xbox thinking I needed to update…ideas?
Reinstalled Halo 5 today and no luck.
Maybe the servers are down? I’m not playing right now so i can’t be sure. You should try on a different account and see what happens.
It’s been happening for three days now, so I doubt servers are down…and no one else is reporting any issues.
Hmmm try talking to your internet company, see if there is a problem and check that your NAT type is set to OPEN.

You might try asking one of the mods to move this over to the support forum for you. They might be able to help you over there.

Just pick one of the mods and send them a message by clicking on their name.

Most likely, “Avoid me” which is a bit absurd, but it is what it is…Any way I can get it changed?

You can’t find games in H5 with avoid me rep.
You can get rid of it by downloading the free game neverwinter and playing until you get to the hub area. Then just walk around for awhile.

DOing so now I suppose…
Are you in Australia or New Zealand? If so, then it’s simply because the servers are awful over there. If not, then I don’t know what to suggest. Let’s just call it ‘343 magic’.
Played Neverwinter for a while with no improvement.
Just going to make a new xbox live account…There goes all my reqs.
Quite often I can’t find a ranked arena match, but then I’ll back out and go to Firefight and find a match almost instantly.
