Can't find a match (EU)

I can’t find matches at night in Europe. Only if I party up with Americans I am able to find matches.

Keep getting:

There may not be enough players to support a game in this playlist.
Please try a different playlist.

Tried every playlist but it doesn’t seem to matter.
