Both my initiations are not working for PC , the links attached to the emails as well seem to be broken because they are sending me a page that says there must of been an error in the link you typed in or link is no longer available

Go to your profile in the top right and go to halo insider down at the bottom what device does it say next to July tech preview? For me i got a message saying to download from xbox insider hub on the microsoft store on windows but I had an xbox invite and was able to download on the xbox insider hub on the xbox one.

Download in your available system the Xbox insider app and select Halo Infinite Insider and clic partecipate and waiting for availability

For me its showing type as Xbox, but I am only opted in for PC so I have no clue
This is the message i receive as well but when i click the blue highlighted links they show as invalid or incorrect :
