When I try to play the beta it just says “The Halo 5: Guardians Arena Multiplayer Beta begins on December 29th. See you then!”
Why…I redeemed both codes from my phone and then got home and downloaded the beta and it won’t work.

I’m getting the same issue on both of my consoles. Downloaded fine, loads fine, click start (or whatever it is) and just get an error message that it begins on Dec 29th!
You guys did download both codes right? A friend of mine downloaded the beta but not the early access code so go check on that.
Edit: missed the part were you said you downloaded both try finding the download history?
Redeem the codes then go to the “your games & apps” app, it should be there. You can’t start it from the MCC menu.
Make sure that the gamertag that received the codes is the only gamertag logged into the console.
