Every time I try to play Halo 5 it will ask me to choose an account and I choose mine and then an attention pop up appears saying “attention error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.” The game works fine for all the other accounts just not mine. I don’t know what’s wrong out maybe if I was banned but I don’t think I was seeing how I haven’t played the game in a couple months and haven’t done anything bannable.

My brother has gold and the Xbox we use is his home Xbox

Do you use his account to play or your own? Also does he have a single gold plan or family gold plan?

There is no such thing as a gold family plan anymore.
Maybe make him as ‘‘primary user’’ of the console or share console so that you can share the Gold?
