Trying to play Team Throwdown and after waiting about 10 minutes it still can’t find anybody.
This is when the population becomes an issue people. This game is dead unless you want to play infinity slayer.
I just came from Black Ops 2 and had no problem finding matches within about 3 seconds on multiple match types.
Too bad Blops isnt as cool as halo. Then you wouldnt have had to post this

I still have an itch to reach SR 130 but I guess that won’t be possible since I can’t find a match. Was gonna do a few challenges and then play something else.
fastest way to 130 is Spartan Ops.
Then don’t search in a playlist that’s in the bottom 3 for population. Lolz Throwdown…

Allso the playlist comes with search restrictions sutch as party vs party making it harder to find a match.
Need wait 3-4h for play throwdown.

But I thought the “Pro” playlist was what was going to bring the population back?

Check if you are currently downloading something on your xbox. I had the same problem once. I couldn’t find any players until I realised that my Xbox didn’t automatically stop a download while playing online.
I canceled the download and matchmaking worked again perfectly.

Four months and nothing. You shouldn’t be surprised. I’m a Halo veteran I’ve been playing since CE yet I personally never bought Halo 4 or played it or even wanted to play it. I played Reach for roughly six months before the AA’s made me quit, what changed so much in Halo of Duty 4 that made me not even want to play it? And thousands more for that matter?

Why are you playing so late at night? Anyways, when that happens, all I usually do is restart my search and it finds a match for me in less than 5 seconds.

Let me leave you with this. You’re a team leader working on a project, and you are given two sets of advice/opinions. One from an experience worker who has more than 10 years of experience under his belt. And one from a new worker, with less than a years experience.
Without knowing any information about the project whose opinion do you value more? Someone you’ve known and worked with for years, or someone new?
343i should ask themselves this question because the comparative sales and population between previous games is a clue. I know at least 50-100 people who have played since CE all the way through to ODST or Reach who never even thought about touching Halo 4. Not because they don’t play XBox anymore but because the series is trying to be something it is not.

HAHA wrong I was hoping you was going to say that I’ve been playing Halo since CE was first released on the original Xbox, got to love how you jumped to the conclusion I started playing from either Reach or Halo 4 so hilarious and dw i’ll be playing this game until Halo 5 because contrary to what you might think, I doubt Halo 4 will drop down to a population so low I will never find a game even if the population isn’t the best one out there ooo how I love people like you though make my day

I’ll have you know I’ve started with CE and I’ve played all the other Halo’s except for that Halo wars crap but still Halo 4 is a good game I mean sure 343 having troubles with the populations but they can fix that. what they cant fix is people like your Bi-tc-hing all the time when you haven’t even played the game
How are they gonna fix the population? The TU is out. The competitive playlist is out. The only thing left that they are adding is a ranking system that’s not even visible in-game.
What we have now is basically their “finished product” and it did nothing to improve the game or bring players back.
