Noticed first on the level Outskirts when I tried to get into the first Ghost and it would not give me the prompt to enter the vehicle. Even restarting the game and restarting the level didn’t help.
Edit: Please delete. I was dumb and didn’t notice I had the skull for only getting on vehicles while boarding on.
