As the title says. Before xbox live went down for a few hours earlier today everything was fine with MCC and I had no issues. Well now I can do everything but edit my player ID because everytime I try all I see is the background cutscenes and the game crashes, my xbox slows down and lags horribly and I have to reset my console. Is there any way to fix this!?
Same thing here, I was actually about to make a post then I saw this. Can anybody help or have similar issues?

My player id just took a long time to load, but didn’t crash.
It was happening to me earlier.
same thing happens for me and a friend, now we cant even play campaign co op together as it gets to the loading screen and then quits. This game is just problem after problem

Ya, that happens to me all the time as well.
Just encountered this issue, it worked fine yesterday now it doesn’t and it either gets stuck on the blank background screen or while you’re in matchmaking and do it it crashes.
And 343 THIS IS BEFORE AND AFTER I TURNED THE CONSOLE OFF, UNPLUGGED THE POWER CABLE, REPLUGGED IT AND TURNED IT BACK ON AGAIn
Update: it did it from the start screen but it took an extremely long time
Same. I let it sit there for a few minutes, literally as I was typing this, and it finally popped up
This problem is still valid in 2017, I think there should already be an update for this.

I agree, this game is still very broken and many things need to be fixed. It’s unfortunate that 343 have refused to fix this game and have just swept it under the rug hoping people will forget about it.
This has been happening to one of my friends for months. I can’t say I expect to see this fixed, unfortunately.
