I can still get on and play multiplayer but, I can’t earn or access any req points today, or any customizations, or level up (level just stays at 1 which is not the correct level), or access after game info, or use reqs in warzone? Kinda missing half of the game.
If 343 is going to sell req pack for real money they really need to get their stuff together. Every time I play a game and don’t earn reqs, experience, or get packs its like I’m loosing money.
Anyone else having this issue?
This is a recurring issue. I quit out of the game, then restart the game and wait a couple of minutes for the reqs to load. I try this max 3 times. After that if it didn’t work I go do something else. Frustrating.
It really is a pain. Any word on if its going to get fixed soon?

I have not heard they have even acknowledged this is an issue. I would feel a little better if they are least acknowledged it.
Mine appears to be working now. I updated the xbox, no where did it say an update was necessary I had to go in and find the setting to update it.
And its not working again. The software is up to date also. This bug makes warzone useless.
Often to the point I have to restart Halo 5.
