I recently bought halo wars 2 from Amazon and the code that I was given was for the preorder. this would normally be fine but all of the copies of the game that came with the preorder are for the Xbox only. it will not let me download any of the copies of halo wars 2 in my library on the store but it will let me download the game if I search halo wars 2 in the store.
once I did finish downloading this, however, I couldnt play the game and it crashed after the halo logo being on screen for half a second. I get a screen afterward saying that this app cant be opened.
im not sure if this is a problem that can be fixed here or if I would need to contact Microsoft support to get it fixed.
Huh, do you have an Xbox you could try installing it on?
I cant download this game to PC from microsoft store it crash all time or cant install game, i restart 4 times. When crash install it starts downloading i left it and it download 90 GB… and still cant install.
