I get an error code trying to download Halo Wars DE, Halo 5: Forge, or Halo Wars 2 and it pops up without fail any time I try starting the download. The error code in question is 0x80073CF9. Yes, I googled it first and none of those fixes made any difference. To give you an idea, I’ve reinstalled windows twice now with no change.
