So i pre-ordered Reach and every time I go to play the campaign, it tells me I need to purchase Reach, even though i have already paid for it and have the email to prove it… What is going on??
Have you downloaded it? Go manage game and check if its installed or ready to install. Also check in game itself, go into settings then under gameplay check your installed games and see if it actually installed
No, i go into marketplace and it says i haven’t bought it, but on xbox.com it says i have bought it. On the website there is an option to download the game to your devices but says I don’t have any compatible devices… I never have this trouble with other games
Hey, hope this didn’t happen to you, but you may have bought the legacy version of the game. That’s the 360 version. The one you need to buy is the DLC version from MCC. Not sure if this is the case. The legacy is the stand alone one on the marketplace. The MCC version is purchased by going to MCC and looking at the DLC.
