I got the ultimate edition a while back and have the season pass obviously but when I go to get Kinsano, it says I have to pay $6. Then it says I own the season pass until I click on the season pass, that’s when it says I all of the sudden don’t own it anymore. I don’t know if this is a 343 problem or a Microsoft problem but I was wondering if I’m the only. I’m playing on Xbox

Same here. I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and I can t play with her on Xbox but the Windows Store says that I own both already, Kinsano and the season pass.

Go to my games and apps…then manage game, next to ready to install you should see leader Kisano

We can t install her because the Xbox thinks we don t own the season pass. The season pass is also not shown in the gamehub. While the windows store tells me that I own the season pass and Kinsano. I am waiting for the PC version to update to see what will happen.

I have this issue too… I cant download my season pass or the new DLC after i bought the ultimate edition… I bought it on PC and trying to download it on XBOX. but it tells me i have to buy the season pass again

Exactly the same here. Multiple people are having this problem but i believe theyre looking into it.
You should now be able to download Kinsano if you were having this issue with season pass. However, we then found that once downloaded and installed, the game isn’t letting us actually select/use her. So now the team is working on sorting out whatever is going on there. Grim, myself and most of the team is in the same boat as you all. Hopefully they can get this sorted out quickly.
I’ve just turned my Xbox on and halo wars 2 is updating with a like 29gb update 
was playing it fine for hours earlier!
Update: If you were having the Kinsano season pass issue earlier (you weren’t able to download her) you should now be able to. If you got that far but then found that you couldn’t actually select/use Kinsano in-game, please try to do a clear cache/hard reset of your Xbox One. Hold the power button down for a few seconds and keep it held until it fully shuts down. Then unplug power cable for like 30 sec. Then hook it back up, power up the console, launch the game and Kisano should be working for you. This has worked for several of us here at the office that have been running into this issue. Please give it a shot.
Wish I had waited for it to be resolved naturally as it seems to be, thought it had more to do with the fact that I had cancelled earlier than some widespread mistake that would be fixed quickly. When I contacted support earlier today they ended up having me re-purchase the season pass and said they would credit me the cost but refused to give the tax, so I essentially paid $2.50 to get my content back. Kind of annoying.
