Can't download halo master chief collection

I have bought the game when it first came out I have deleted for space I had try to re download it today and it keeps saying installation stopped I contact Microsoft support and they tried to help me fix it if it was a console problem or a network error and turned out their was nothing wrong with it. Microsoft support told me to write this to the developers and to try and help me get my game back and installed please help me

I had this problem. Had to factory reset my XB1. Had to reload all my games after that. Not fun.

Did you buy it digitally or do you own the disc?
