I’ve purchased an Xbox One Halo pack with the download code and have been trying for the last 24 hours to download it - but keep getting error messages and it’s restarted once but now is showing ‘Installation Stopped’.
Microsoft have referred me here to get the help I need to play the game I paid for, so I hope someone can help me!

It’s interesting to note that Microsoft said this was the way to contact 343 Industries for assistance (to post in the forums) and that I would definitely be contacted within 24 hours. 26 hours later and nothing.
I’m still having this issue - although the % rises slowly each hour (started downloading Friday night and it’s now Sunday evening and it’s at 45% with it constantly coming up with ‘installation stopped’). So if anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it. I’m beginning to regret the purchase as I now won’t be able to play this until next weekend.
